I have only received half of the order. It would be impossible to know how it works since the outside unit has yet to be delivered. Walmart customer service is at best… useless. It's everybody's fault including mine for purchasing it from them. According to “customers service” I didn't purchase it from them, although that who I paid, it's a third party or FedEx problem. I contacted FedEx and they told me Walmart will give the date when it will show up. I have spoken to multiple reps from Walmart all with the same excuse, it's someone else's fault. They never contacted me regarding the missing package. As far as they are concerned they have their money and they don't care! Never again.
