A good buy for kids with adult supervision.
This is a good remote control car. The only downside I feel is the rechargeable lithium batteries for in the car. They are very dangerous. It would have been better to just use all double AA batteries like in the controller. So I highly suggest only an adult charge, install, remove , and recharge them! This was smaller than I thought but it's perfect for my 7yr old grandson! He absolutely loves how it drives forward, backwards, and turns right and left. It took about 2 hours to charge the battery and it came with a backup battery which was a good deal. (Does not come with the double AA batteries you need for the controller). Drive time was only about a half hour though and he was bummed about that. I think it is worth the price I paid on sale. Not more than $25.
