LIght weight, bright color, fits true to size

Loved it as soon as I took it out of the package. Fit great - I'm 5'1" so the extra small fit perfect. Enough room that you can fit it over clothes, but not too big that you swim in it. Sleeves are adjustable in that you can use the Velcro to make them tighter. It's very light weight. The color is bright so I can use on the motorcycle. Plenty of pockets for phone (inside pocket), or other items, plus the pockets for your hands are in the right position. I haven't actually used it yet as it just arrived so I can't attest to its rain protection, but it seems like it would be just fine.
