Starter for Kohler K241 K301 K341 John Deere Lawn Tractor

The starter arrived in a timely manner and appears to be well-built. It was a 100% direct replacement bolt on. Also, the bendix assembly seems to be actually better constructed than the original. This is replacing the original starter in a John Deere model 112 from the year 1970 if you can believe that. I doubt this one will last 50 years, but it looks like it will get the job done. Time will tell.
