The 5.5-inch raised feeder for my 25-pound dog is very sturdy with an attractive wrought-iron look. Instructions and sketches for putting it together are clear. One extra screw each size (the feet get leveling screws) is included in case you lose one. The two standard-size feeding bowls fit loosely into their holders, so there are little plastic side-slit tubing segments to wrap around the holders. Either bowl holds 8 ounces of water. I taped tubing pieces together once mounted. Their use is to eliminate metal clanging noise and reduce the movement of bowls while eating from them. The framework isn't going to wear out, so maybe in time I will replace tubing with wrapped duct tape if tubing pieces unwind or come loose. This is a great device, for durability, design, and price. Just follow directions carefully; do not force screws. The screw holes in metal connectors are true.
