Instructions
Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Hold bottle upright and squeeze. Fill to fill line. Pour out. Only the correct 10 milliliters dose will pour out. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

10/10 Would Recommend For Special Needs Children
My son is autistic so he is very particular about the flavors of his toothpaste and mouthwash. He does well with this brand. He enjoys being able to squeeze the mouthwash up into the cup and doing it on his own. It helps that his favorite color is green too so he's more willing to use the watermelon flavor. Watermelon and Bubblegum (sometimes Strawberry) are the only flavors he will use for mouthwash and toothpaste and this brand offers both. It does have a bit of a sweet smell on his breath. He doesn't have as many cavities since starting his teeth cleaning routine with this brand as well. We haven't used a different brand since we found this one.
