I am a long time user of alcohol based after shaves. This is the only balm based after shave I like. The cooling mint nicely takes the place of the alcohol in stopping razor burn.

This stuff is fantastic. I've been using it after every shave for two years and I have yet to get a razor bump or skin irritation. And I'm a full-body shaver - head, face, chest. I wish it came in a bigger bottle.
