Great flavor, consistency and value for home latte

I drink a lot of iced lattes which can be expensive if paying at the store. This 28oz pack of dark French roast is not only a great value, it is the same consistent and predictable delicious flavor bag after bag which is important. Flavor is wonderful, full bodied like you'd expect a dark roasted pure Arabica to taste with none of the bitterness a Robusta blend would bring. Light-roast, fruity-note connoisseurs and anti-charcoal snobs need not apply. These are wonderful beans for your dark-roast Italian espresso types and latte/cortado fans.

For over 10 years we used Starbucks Medium Beans in the 28 ounce bags. For no apparent reason it was discontinued everywhere! So we have adjusted to Starbucks Pike, a close 2nd. Coffee is becoming so expensive, this is a value for home ground beans. I REALLY recommend it in hopes that you all will keep this on the shelves!

PRODUCT AND WALMART SUPERB ON THIS ONE.

I am not a terrible fan of Starbucks; but, having said that, their French Roast whole bean is the best coffee I have had for over sixty years. Additionally, the price from Walmart is fair and delivery exceeded expectations, unlike Starbucks and others whose prices are outrageous and their is no delivery. Hat off Walmart!
