One of my all-time favorites, I've been using it for over ten years and it's never let me down. Even though it's marketed as an overnight pad, anyone with a heavier flow could easily use it during the day too. It performs just as well as the thicker options, but the thinner design makes it so much more comfortable.

I've been using the Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads with Wings (Scented) for a while now, and they are excellent for those heavy-flow nights. The absorbency is fantastic. Despite being ultra-thin, they handle a heavy flow with no issues, providing reliable protection until morning. I haven't experienced any leaks, which is the most important thing for an overnight pad. A common issue with overnight pads is shifting, but the adhesive is incredibly strong and secure. Once you place the pad, it stays firmly in position throughout the night, thanks to the robust glue and the well-placed wings. The wings wrap securely around the underwear, giving you extra confidence in their hold.
