A step backwards for Samsung yet again.

Lots of improvements from the last model including nighttime photography and the S pen. But once again this new rendition is missing the most critical feature, Adaptability... The s22 shoots in 8k but it doesn't even matter but no external micro SD memory slot? Why? You could easily put 500 GB to a TB of memory in the S20 which made photo management a no brainer especially with the massive file sizes these media files take up. In the modern age of content creation, content management, and content versatility; unless you are shelling out an extra paycheck for the 512 GB model save your money and wait for the next version... As a professional who uses my phone for business and doesn't have time to upload to the cloud every time my hard drive fills up. Its frustrating to say the least. Yet again the design team loses touch with its consumer. Consider making an PRO version of your device with expandable storage, Because the "ultra" is ultra disappointing.

Fingerprint recognition sucks!!

I upgraded from a S9. Never had a problem with fingerprint or facial recognition until this "upgrade". I scanned several fingers and my face, deleted, rescanned a couple more times. It never recognizes fingerprints or face. It is so beyond frustrating. The S9 was never a problem. I am repeatedly being locked out because it fails to recognize my fingerprints. Yes, I am pressing harder, yes I am covering the full sensor. I am considering returning it.

Advertised as unlocked but is locked

Phone arrived fast. Brand new as advertised but it wasn't unlocked. I spent all day contacting my service provider, samsung. Turns out this phone is locked by us cellular. I'm extremely disappointed because I need a phone badly and was hoping to connect this phone to my line asap.
