Terrible product with a flawed design
I purchased this for my bathroom remodel and have had nothing but problems. They have warranted the product, but I have had the fixtures and valves replaced twice and parts multiple times. The handles do not line up level. They are always slightly off. The fixtures move around and are not solidly planted into the wall. They are caulked to the wall and, therefore for, are not a neat install. Not to mention, they move around due to this flaw. I have a video but could not upload it.
