This slow feeder bowl is great. It's a lot deeper than my other 4 cup slow feeder, but I like that because that one spills over if I fill it carefully. This one you can kind of dump the food in and shake it to level it out. I only use dry kibble with it, can't comment on wet food. My other slow feeder is an outward hound bowl and I like it but I got this one to provide a little variety for my pup. This one doesn't slow her down quite as much but it does prevent her from scarfing it all down at once, which is all that I really need.

4 cup long snout deep bowl

Worked well for one pet but the other still inhales its food and chokes; the 2-cup would have been a better option in our case. Will still work as a water dish because of depth so it will be kept. Pets are about 20lb for reference. Also for comparison, we have the Walmart branded "Vibrant Life" low profile slow feeder, it works very well for both but is difficult to clean/wash, so we decided to try this product, no regrets, just consider carefully the size.

Great bowl, perfect for the growing puppy or adult small/medium breed. This has slowed down the dogs gobbling up of food and helps with digestion. bowl has grippers on the bottom and is very stable- however it will move on a tile floor a bit. Great overall value, may buy another one myself as a backup
