Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettuccine Microwave Meals for Lunch or Dinner, 9.25 oz (Frozen)

As a single retiree, I'm always looking for single serve microwave meals. I enjoy this easy-to-prepare (5 minutes in the micro!) high fiber, high protein filling meal. A lot of the "chicken" meals in other brands have chicken meat so heavily injected with water (to add weight, but not flavor or protein!) that they taste terrible. The chicken here tastes like real chicken, the alfredo sauce is delicious, and the noodles are perfect every time. The sodium is enough to make it tasty, but not so much as to affect my high blood pressure. And affordable? Less than 3 bucks, and fills me up until dinnertime. That adds up to 5 stars in my book!

As a kidney ptient Ihave many restriction regarding my diet, however since I've become very skilled at cutting back on most of the bad foods for my kidneys, coupled with a real good dose of consumption moderation, only about 1 or 2 a month. It is a very good product but watch the fat,salt and potassium! Quality product, no after taste. I recommend to all, with the priviso that moderation is key.
