Not recommended

This bread is cloyingly sweet wich a gummy texture. When chewed it forms a paste that sticks to your teeth. I give it one star only because I can't rate it with no stars, but also out of deference to any of those who may find these characteristics desirable in a bread. I will stick with a good pane pugliese or pain levain from Raley's.
