These towels were a great purchase! They are so soft and absorbent! What I loved the most is the size and shape! They are long and rectangular in shape not like the little square baby towels that only provide the corners of the towel wrapping around the front when the hood is up. I've bought two sets as gifts. One was for my grandson whom just turned 1 and the other was for a 4 year old and they were a great size for both of them! The hoods on the towels are so cute and a good size. Although these are bath towels they would make a cute pool side cover up, a fun little wrap around blanket for sofa snuggles while watching tv or even imaginary play for those littles that like to pretend being animals! There are a couple plastic snaps below the hood at neck line. If gifting, I recommend letting the parent know about the snaps so they don't mistakenly rub it across their child's skin not realizing they are there as the coral fleece has a little fluff to it making the snaps less noticeable. You won't be disappointed in this purchase and kids love hooded towels!
