Outfitted with a powerful 130-watt motor and 7.5" undulated stainless steel blades, this food slicer cuts through everything from pepperoni to vegetables to firm cheeses. Control of the slice thickness is also at your hands with the 5 mm to 15 mm adjustable sliver control knob - whether you want paper-this pepperoni to thicker slices of roast for your sandwich, all can be adjusted at a turn of a knob. I really like this food slicer. So far is working great for what I wanted it for. I like to smoke turkey breast and beef to make my own deli style lunch meats and this has worked great for that.
