WATER-BASED WITH NO ODOR We took all the best attributes of the 5505 - clear, non-yellowing, UV stable and made it into a low-gloss, wet look, water-based formulation. The acrylic resins used in this formula have been independently tested and are more durable and last longer than other acrylic sealers on the market. Protects and enhances the look of decorative surfaces for up to 3 years. Treated surfaces resist staining, surface deterioration and hot tire pickup while eliminating concrete dusting.
