Great rifle. The loudest oart of the rifle is the shooting mechanism. the sound of the pellet is almost inaudible especially if you shoot it inside the house. perfect for shooting varmints in the backyard in a residential area. It has lots of power, enough to take out a rabbit in the garden. I used a scope wirh nightvision to get the pests that come when the dogs are inside asleep so I cant review how well that product works.

Great price and quality, .22 cal break barrel
Great .22 budget air rifle! Out of the box had this sighted in at 20 yards in under 10 shots with a dime size grouping which was highly impressive. For such a budget price the crossman nitro piston break barrel will put out just as much fps and accuracy as any upper end air rifle out there! Great ergonomics and feel and is super quiet if using non supersonic pellets however using the alloy pellets will allow them to break the sound barrier making a cracking sound as they do so making the rifle sound much more like a normal .22 powder burning rifle.
