I am lactose intolerant, gluten, intolerant, and have diverticulosis. I take these and it helps me from running to the bathroom right away! I recommend setting the bottle with the cap facing down because the gummy's tend to stick to the bottom of the bottle, making it very hard to reach in and get them out. I also take off the child proof outer layer of the cap because I can't get the cap off with my hands.
