. Directions: Test on small hidden area first for compatibility. Rub gently with a clean cloth with the wood grain until white rings, marks and surfaces scratches disappear. If surface becomes dull, apply lemon oil or rewax entire area. This product will not remove stain marks which are through the finish and into the wood (usually dark marks).

I uise these professionally
I use these regularly as part of my business. Almost always they remove the white mark. They do make the finish glossy because of the abrasive in them, but I alter that with rubbing or touch up lacquer. They do leave behind a bit of oily film that's easily removed with naphtha or an emulsion furniture polish.

Great!
The white ring came right off! I had already tried quite a bit, so that was excellent! However, I haven't been able to get the area to match the rest of the finish. There's a slight sheen where I rubbed that reflects in the light. Perhaps I'll just have to wipe down the whole thing.
