Great solid air conditioner. Bought for the APP feature but be aware that the unit will only work on 2.4 wifi, not 5.0 so that could be an issue. My router does both so I am ok. Other than that this is a great brand and I expect that this will last quite a while!

I received a damaged and non-functional product from Walmart %26 3rd part seller. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of installing the unit before testing it—always check functionality first! That said, customers should expect a brand-new, fully operational product upon delivery, not a faulty one. Walmart's customer service was equally disappointing. I spoke with a manager who dismissively promised a follow-up just to placate me, but no one from Walmart ever reached out. As a result, I wasted hours uninstalling the defective unit, purchasing a replacement from a more reliable retailer, and now face the hassle of returning the broken item to a Walmart store. Save your time and money. Walmart refuses to take responsibility for selling defective products and offers no meaningful support. Invest in a reputable company that prioritizes customer satisfaction over cutting corners.
