The package, size, quality and ingredients of this product are great. It has 500 mg of Vitamin C plus bioflavinoid and it is also a timed release that can protect our immunity all day long. It doesn't have a taste at all and my stomach loves it. It is a good antioxidant with good effects and potency and can last for half a a year or more.
