It held the arm nicely. No complaints about the way it stayed in place. My complaint is in the design. That tag at the end irritates the back of my neck and actually scratches my thick skin while wearing. I've tried applying oil to soften the material. Which only helps a little bit. But, before that, I gand washed it with mild gentle soap. To no avail. I think this could be a much better product if they used a softer material for rhe tag in the back. It was better on other products in the past. If something works correctly and doesn't distract the wearer then, it shouldn't be changed. I grew up wearing Croakies. Bck in the day with my huge coke bottle glasses. Never failed me once in usage. Not even after my mum washed them in the late 1900s with Dawn Dish Detergent. Back then, we were hard on our glasses as kids. The eyeglasses got scratched up and lost warranty before my Croakies ever unraveled. It was a 2 year prescription. Please, go back to the manufacturer of those tags and switch a new material in. Softer and more comfortable for the consumer. Otherwise, you might continue losing 35 year consumers such as me. I come from a big family of engineers. You know many of us rely on glasses more than contacts.
