Top quality top hat

Good quality, very sturdy. Most Halloween top hats are a little flimsy but this is very solid. As someone who owns seven top hats I'd say this one is my 2nd or 3rd best. Quite vibrant too, some things look different in their carefully-lighted preview picture but this is just as purple as I thought it would be.

Beistle Purple Top Hat

Overall, it's a decent looking top-hat. But is a cheap hat. Although there is a 1" ribbon along the lower edge just above the brim, I plan on replacing that pink ribbon with a black one and adding some skulls to dress it up a bit. And the fit is good, not too tight and and not loose.

Nice party hat, just to small for my head. If you have a larger head, this will not fit.
