Use instead of mouthwash with alcohol

I used Listerine for a long time but found it was staining my teeth. I started using Crest 3D White and the staining was gone. Research showed that mouth wash with alcohol can cause staining in some people. I was one of those. My dentist now recommends 3D White for her patients with staining problems.

As a child growing up, i never liked my teeth they were spaced apart and were stained yellow. I got braces as a teen but my teeth were still not as white as they could be.
