I like the neutrality of the container. It's large and perfect for our use. However it was delivered broken. It was shipped in a large envelope with no packing protection. The delivery was on time- but container broken due to poor packing for shipping. Needed to be packed with protection from breaking.

I like the dispensers and the size, although they don't last long with repeated use. The bases crack easily. I just ordered two new ones, and one of them was cracked/damage in the box. The don't ship in individual boxes in a larger box, they just put them in a plastic bag in the box with air bag strips. No protection on the bottom of the box! Now I have to make a return and reorder. Depending on how this next shipment arrives, I might not be ordering again.
