    The BEST Cream of Wheat!!

    This particular FLAVOR is my favorite Cream of Wheat, it is NOT sold in stores anymore. I paid $25 for 2 boxes of this particular Cream of Wheat flavor. It's the best flavor ever!! Although it's takes 10 minute make while the other boxes take 2 minutes or less to prepare. It's worth the 10 minutes, it's creamy and not gritty. My childhood favorite and 50 years later still enjoying on chilly and freezing days. Ok I admit all year round, depending on the availability. Wish it would come back to store shelves and the cost was consistent with the other boxes. Usually about $5 for the 28 ounce boxes.

    I have always grown up on hot cooked cereal and this one of of them. We love cream of wheat and it's my favorite hot cooked cereal to eat. I was sad to see if put disappear for along time then finally see it come back. This particular one does take prep time of 10 minutes unlike the red box cream of wheat but worth the time. They both taste similar but this one is my fave.

    Well worth the 10-minute cook time

    The slow-cooked cream of wheat tastes significantly better than the quick or instant kind. It's smoother, creamier, and more aromatic and tasteful. Old fashioned goodness. I like it hot with a dab of real butter, some honey, maybe a few blueberries or bananas and milk. Yum. Make enough for several days. It taste just as good the next day microwaved.
