Awesome little smoker
I love smoking and at home I use a Bradley Smoker, but wanted one for the RV. It's was just the right size, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm sure glad I did. It does everything my big smoker does, maybe better as I can sear or grill in the Bradley. I had to try it right away, so I tried a whole chicken. 6 hours slow and low...perfect, juicy, nice smoke flavor, next was a rack of ribs, again low and slow and fantastic. I give a lot of praise to County Smokers for this great smoker. It produces a lot of smoke, maintains set temperature within a few degrees.
