Country Crock Dairy Free Vegan Plant Butter with Olive Oil, 16 oz, 4 Sticks (Refrigerated)

I have been using this country crock dairy free vegan plant butter with olive oil oil for years now. I find it very pleasantly flavorful very complementary to the foods. I cook it with and even with i find it very pleasantly flavorful very complementary to the foods. I cook it with and even with organic sourdough rosemary olive oil oil loaf that I enjoy having it on. I love that it's dairy free because dairy is inflammatory and I live with a severe traumatic brain injury that is affected by brain inflammation so I try to avoid foods that would be inflammatory. So it's nice to find a product that is very flavorful and creamy texture and is dairy free and still taste great. I usually buy the tub of this butter but this time I saw Walmart sells the four sticks of butter so I bought this instead. I do highly recommend it to others and obviously it's better for our health and plus i love that it's dairy free because dairy is inflammatory and I live with a severe traumatic brain injury that is affected by brain inflammation so I try to avoid foods that would be inflammatory. I like this as a plant based alternative to dairy butter and margarine. It melts the same, spreads the same. I feel it softens faster for use on toast. And I like the flavor. I'm not a baker, so I can't say how it performs when baking. But sauteing, light frying like french toast, and on toast, it is a good alternative.
