Reliable disher
We use these to scoop sometimes fairly dense ganaches, and they work quite well and hold up for many months. The last batch I ordered is slightly larger than the previous dishers, which is why I gave it a "4" rating. It would seem that a 100 disher would have consistent size...?

I use this product every day in my restaurant for butter/sour cream on expo. The product is extremely light weight, and it is difficult to get the scoops of butter and sour cream out, even with repeated thumb scooping. The old product that this one replaced was a fantastic scoop.
