It works.
I use this spray just before I use the scoop in my cat's litter box. Works exactly as it says, you won't smell any cat urine and it cuts the dust almost completely down. It doesn't clump the litter when sprayed on it. There isn't a need to mix it in unless you have an impatient cat standing next to you.

Burned through 4 bottles; seems to make smells worse. The real enemy of litter is moisture; you want things as dry as possible. This spray makes it worse, and reduces the moisture absorbing ability of litter because it, too, is a liquid. Would not recommend.
