Very Nice Design

We had a low price shower head and when it broke down, I told my wife that we would get something much better despite a higher price. The old shower head had the pause function but you had to slide a very stiff slider up to shut off and down to continue. The problem is that wet hands and a stiff slider don't work well together. The push button on the hand held is much easier to use to pause and continue using water. We like the bronze color and the magnetic connection for the the hand held to the shower head. Also when it said in the instructions that no tools were needed, I wondered how that was going to work out. Well without using any tools and just tightening by hand, there was no leaks at all. I did use the white pipe tape that plumbers recommend. Thank you for a smart product that just about anyone can install without help.

The best

I have been using this now for five months. It is the best feeling shower ever. It is everything from a rainhead to a focused flow. My grandkids use it also and I don't have to fight with them to shower! Finally a showerhead that defeats 15 year old boys.

Big Fan

The Delta In2ition Two-in-one has been a great shower head. We have two of them in our home. I have had both shower heads for over two years. The shower head in our master bathroom began having issues about two months ago. The selector switch on the removable head broke. I used a pair of pliers and set it to what we used mostly and we have been living with it. Now the selector valve that switches between the head and the handheld portion is broken, and has some play in it, is leaking, and I am fearful it will pop out spraying water all over the bathroom. WE ARE BIG FANS but extremely disappointed in what is happening. We paid extra in hopes the Delta name would stand up to the test of time. I would recommend this product to a friend on one hand yet on another may not.
