Endometriosis heavy flows have to use thick overnights during full blown period however for my last days I use always extra thin 5 but they were causing discomfort from moisture and I was frustrated with chaffing. So I brought these to try in place of the thin ones I already use. I had it on during spotting and it work so well! Felt secure and comfortable with no irritation! But now I want to try stayfree thick pad with wings but I can't find them. Love the cotton feels comfortable and soft I sit in office cubicle all day so sitting on thick pad is not always best but this was very comfortable. It absorbed so fast I stood up felt rush I ran to bathroom to avoid accidents and I witnessed how quickly it absorbed the blood I was so impressed I was like omg I need to try thicker overnight ones fast! Also I tried pure L organic they were great too but when I would pull the pad off my panty tiny cotton particles would fly everywhere so I hated that it felt frustrating and with these it's not the case even though its cotton its very secure. It was also Secure in my panties the glue is great wings as well i hate when pads are not secured with proper glue and shift like I said I work in office I can't be worried about staining my seat this kept me happy!! I was moving around throughout the day and it did not cause bunch ups or shifts! Very nice for lighter flow days because thin. Wing are great too even some lighter days for me are still gushes and it stops the side panty accidents wing were secured with glue and I was happy to avoid accident's! Wrapper is quiet if you care about that I do not I'm not shy but some care and I support you and do not judge you! Back portion stopped leak that had traveled but again that was at office I would use thick overnight for sleeping to prevent stains during sleep.
