recommended age 7 and up! these work very well no spill, and the button to press it takes a little practice but it is ensures that there is no spillage it's a good size bottle but easy to hold, would not recommend for children under the age of seven due to the difficulty of getting used to pressing the button to get the fluid out of the cup. it seems safe to keep your beverages sanitary and untainted.
