52 II for all my accurate temperature measurements

My needs were simple - accurate inlet and outlet temperature measurements for HVAC and solar water heat. The dual thermocouple with clamp accessories is perfect. (I actually bought a second 52-II so I could measure ambient temp concurrently.) Very pleased with the accuracy, reliability, and ruggedness of this unit.

Fast Response and Accurate

I use my Fluke 52 Thermometer for HVAC and Home diagnostics. It has a fast response time so when I go from room to room I don't have to wait long to get an accurate measurement.

Works well if used gently

We purchased this a few years ago and have had some problems with the the sockets working intermittently. It is used in a lab setting and is not moved much from its spot on the test bench.
