sturdy-strong, heavy duty (also heavy!)

I have not yet slept on, but I did put it together and try it out-It seems very stable even though I did not put the crossbars on to try it as I thought I might not be able to take it apart without help. Hoping to use as a twin bed base and will be able to do my PT as it is firm enough to support plus low enough to get on and off easily.
