Infested unhealthy plant

I wouldn't recommend this plant for anyone not only is a plant look like it's infested with Nats spider mites and you can tell that the spider mites the infestation is sucking the life out of these plants. It wasn't well taken care of and I'm very disappointed because I'm not sure why they always cut off from the plant to probably prune to make other plants but they shouldn't send me a half cut plant that's infested. It should be full and beautiful and actually have its color which should be neon and to me it doesn't even look neon at all. It's very unhealthy just very disappointing and overall shipping. This box was so banged up. I was overall it's a disappointment.

I was given the option of several delivery dates, I chose a Wednesday so it wouldn't sit in a hot truck all weekend. They shipped on Saturday instead of Monday like they were supposed to. The plant arrived all wilted, all broken up, and dumped all over in the box. I've been very pleased with past plant orders but not this one. Very disappointed.
