For cellulite- Apply cream to skin twice daily. Massage in gentle, circular motions until partially absorbed. For more intense treatment, proceed as follows- After application, cover/wrap area with plastic wrap. Wrap area for up to 4 hours- as desired. This cream is absorbable and does not require washing off. For sore muscle relief or for deep muscle massage- Apply liberally to affected area with gentle circular motions. Allow cream to absorb fully for optimal results.
