I have been using the Cortas brand of rose water and orange flower water for years and when I needed pomegranate molasses and saw they carried it, I jumped on it. And very glad that I did. I don't have much experience with the product but am finding all kinds of ways to use it. Great in salad dressings when I don't want the bite of vinegar.

Great addition to homemade grenadine syrup.

I used this in a homemade grenadine syrup recipe. It was suggested, by brand, by the author of the recipe, saying he'd tried a few brands and liked the results with this one the most. So, I went with it, and the syrup turned out very well. I will buy again when I run out. I tasted it by itself, and it starts off incredibly sweet, then shifts to extremely tart at the finish. It definitely wakes up the taste buds!!
