Pretty Bad

Wrong item was sent. It was a different kind of 'soil ripper.' The packaging was really bad so the tool they did send was bent and damaged. I wish I could have received the tool I wanted but will have to buy one in person from Walmart in-store, or a separate retailer's garden center. I have attempted to use the damaged tool on my terrace and sprained my knee in a bad fall. The tool I received was not this 4-spiked tool shown, but 2 serrated blades at the bottom. I did get a refund though. If you have a similar experience, Walmart cannot do an exchange for the correct item but only a refund. Happy gardening!
