This copper fit back support is very comfortable. It has the inside pack to use with heating or cooling and has made such a difference. Ive only used the heat %26 it has soothed my back pain like a regular heating pad does. Definitely will be buying again for backup when washing this one. By wearing this, it truly helped me walk a long ways without back pain. What a difference it made! I injured my back and have basically not been able to walk. Physical therapist works with me and I went so far today without pain and it was because I was wearing this! I love it. Love the way they designed it to tighten.
