This wrist support was exactly what I was looking for. It's lightweight, comfortable, just enough support and compression and would HIGHLY RECOMEND this kind of support brace. I am left-handed which means all you have to do is turn the brace inside out, which looks the same on both insight and outside, excellent value

The best non prescription pain relief!!!
I wear a medium size when it comes to general sizing in gloves and this fit perfect and works like a charm. You can remove the brace part and if need be, you can turn it inside out to wear it on the opposite hand! I will be purchasing 2 more. they work so well to help alleviate the pain from arthritis.
