Excellent

I bought this game for my nephew for xmas and I played it to bring back my nintendo memories lol... This is the best game ever. Just like it was back then it is now. Now I'm going to buy it for myself!!!

Awesome Game

When I went to buy this game, the associate told me it mirrored the old school nintendo version. It doesn't really, but it has some parts of it that are pretty close. It's a really good updated version of it. The only complaint I have isn't really much of a complaint, but the fact that when you're playing the levels where you're running forward, you can't shoot up. You have to jump to shoot anything higher. Overall it's a really awesome game and I would definitely recommend it.

Arguably one of the best Contras...

Contra 4 for the DS is in the pantheon of great Contra games. Tough to find but worth acquiring. The utilization of both the top and bottom screens takes getting used to but is implemented well. I'd love to see a 3DS version.
