Pros %26 Cons of 20 oz. Contigo mug

Pros-this Contigo 20 oz. mug is light weight, keeps drinks cold/hot most of the day and will do this longer than the Yeti mugs I have purchased. I have purchased the newer rounded bottom mugs and found them to be just as study in a cup holder as the older flat ones. These mugs will not leak if the lid is properly fastened. Contigo has always been very prompt to replace faulty parts ( a handle came off %26 lid leaked from faulty seal) when I have contacted the company by email. Over the years I have purchased 10 mugs. Cons-with daily hard use (my husband takes them to the field) the paint color has scratched off on some of the mugs. I find the mechanism to open the mug is a bit hard to use for me. My husband has no trouble with it.

I wish the lid twist on perfer pop on but it seals.Slim enough to hold cup with or without handle.Has a tab tht opens to sip from.No straw entrance but you can push one dwn on the side inside. overall i like it.
