Took a Whippin', Never started Drippin'

I've had this for a little over 3 and a half years now. Used it every Monday-Friday for all 156+ weeks. Never had an issue. Cleaning is slightly inconvenient but, the gaskets and seal is what help it stay leak resistant. I work in a fabrication shop and have hit this thing with a forklift, knocked off a table probably a hundred times, dropped steel and aluminum on top of it a hundred more. I ABUSE this thing. I throw it around and on top of products (laying sideways, WITH NO LEAKS) when I can't hold it in my hand. It goes with me all over the the company compound. I've melted the edge of it (the drinking side) with welding slag (lightly sanded the edge back smooth to make it usable). Spilt solvent paints and chemicals on it. Threw it in the dishwasher (I know I'm not supposed to but, things happen) and just this morning hit it with an angle grinder on accident. THIS THING WILL NOT GIVE UP!!! Highly recommend. I've left outside in the BITTER Colorado cold and was still sipping hot coffee throughout the day. Won't be buying another one anytime soon because it works just like it did on the first day. Definitely worth the money it costs. Recommend for all NON-OFFICE related work, where durability, convenience and reliability are important.

Pretty good, except for the rubber stopper

I've had this mug for 2+ years now, and it remains a favorite as the body is easy to clean and has a wide mouth to put ice in. It also keeps my drink either hot or cold for a long time without condensation on the outside. Unfortunately, it's pretty hard to clean the rubber stopper and the gasket of the lid so after some time, it started to smell a bit funky and the stopper discolored. I don't drink out of the lid anymore, I just unscrew it and drink directly because of this. I do rinse and dry the lid separately from the body, so I don't understand how this happened. I tried soaking it in hot water with baking soda to no avail, and brushing it has similarly achieved nothing. I still use it though, but it would be great if I could get a replacement stopper and gasket.

Great for keeping coffee hot, hard to clean

I have 4 these, they keep my drink hot from 6 am till 5 pm ( I forgot it at home one day, and it was still warm when I opened it) my only complaint, when you wash the lids,yuck! The little ball that seals it is hard to get off and put on to clean it, and the rubber ring seal broke in a few uses when cleaning. WHERE ARE THE REPLACEMENTS PIECES TO BUY? I want to keep my cups, but need replacement parts or even lids.
