Good inexpensive helmet for low speeds

This helmet feels solid and is easy to put on. It does not have MIPS, but we are using it for very low-risk, low-speed bike/scooter riding for young kids, so it's not a concern for us. It introduces and reinforces the habit of helmet-wearing for young kids at our school, which is what we're after.

This helmet is adjustable and works as intended. It fits my 3 year old, so I would keep that in mind when shopping for ages. I'd say it would fit 3-5 year olds. Not over 5 unless they have a smaller head.
