The shipment arrived at my door within 2 days of ordering. The item was very safely and securely packed for transporting. The delivery person carefully unloaded and delivered to my door in the upright position that it was supposed to be in. Assembly was very easy if you follow the instructions on the user manual. You basically attach the front end of the bike. The handlebars, the front tire, fender, light, then, the pedals. The next procedure is to charge the battery. Battery does not come with a full charge. The LCD display info is very easy to understand and use. I have a Class 2 Concord, which gives me throttle power, which brings me up to over 20 miles an hour. The Class 2 is a little more expensive, but worth the extra money. A very well built and solid mode of transportation on asphalt roads. For the price of $583.62 delivered is a great bargain.

I bought this bike to offset driving my car to work. Was easy to put together and i added a few post market upgrades. Started to ride it on weekends and much more than just to work. Unfortunately, someone else wanted it more than me and cut the lock and stole it at work, was caught on camera but as expected, was never found. Saving up to replace this, but make sure you get a solid lock. The guy cut through mine quickly with bolt cutters, my next bike will definitely have a kryptonite bike lock, not just a cable
