The battery arrived deeply discharged, it wouldn't accept a charge for over a day but eventually I was able to trick it into charging. I started the return process but decided to keep the battery once it could charge. It's for an older computer, so the likelihood of getting another flat battery is very possible if I returned this battery for another. But , this now works!
