The Coloplast Triad Hydrophilic Wound Dressing is a zinc-oxide based paste designed for light to moderate wound exudates. This sterile dressing is easy to apply and can be used on various irregular surfaces, including the gluteal cleft, coccyx, perineum, buttocks, groin, face, hands, and feet. Its unique CMC formulation allows it to adhere effectively to wet or macerated skin, ensuring the wound remains covered and protected from incontinence and exudate. Triad helps maintain an optimal moist wound healing environment, facilitating natural autolytic debridement. It also contains dimethicone to moisturize the skin and petrolatum and zinc oxide to help reduce skin irritation, making it suitable for use on both the wound and periwound skin.
