I've had this product for several months now. I used it for parsley and it kept the parsley fresh for at least 6 weeks. I was completely surprised and impressed with this product. If I store parsley in the fridge in a plastic ziploc, it last maybe 2 weeks. This now allows me to use all fresh herbs before they go bad.
